Aserto Insurance Brokers was founded by Antony Jones, an insurance industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in building specialist insurance divisions and delivering relationship-led solutions to property professionals and commercial clients. Drawing on this extensive background, Antony established Aserto to create an independent brokerage that would combine deep industry expertise with a collaborative, client-focussed approach.

Throughout his career, Antony has built a proven track record of success in the property insurance sector. In senior leadership roles at specialist insurance brokers, he developed and expanded their real estate insurance divisions, growing operations to over £8 million in Gross Written Premium (GWP)—a testament to his ability to identify client needs and build sustainable, profitable insurance programmes. Through these experiences, he built strong relationships with property managers, landlords, freeholders, and commercial clients across diverse portfolios.

Beyond his insurance expertise, Antony is committed to professional development and community leadership. He completed executive education at Oxford University through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses growth programme, equipping him with strategic business planning tools and insights. Additionally, he serves on the board of the NSPCC, demonstrating his commitment to community impact and responsible business leadership.
